Do you accept payments other than PayPal?
Yes, we accept payments via major cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Cash by mail, bank and wire transfers, etc. are not accepted. All payments are securely processed by PayPal.

I received a PayPal order confirmation but have not received one from your website/company. Why is that?
When ordered on our main website, the only order confirmation we provide our customers is the one from PayPal. We do not provide any other order confirmation from our company.

Do I have to create a PayPal account to place an order on your website?
No need to create a PayPal account. You can still checkout as a guest and pay with your card.

I do not like to use the PayPal payment method. Do you have any other way to order?
You can purchase most of our products from our Amazon.com marketplace. It does not use the PayPal payment method.

Do you accept gift wrapping?
Sorry, we do not accept gift wrapping.

Do you accept custom order request(s) other than the custom strap length offered on your website?
As much as possible, we accept any custom order or strap requests. If you have a specific strap you’d like us to make for you, we’d gladly find a way to make it happen. Just send us an email for your request details. When ordering, we’ll send a PayPal invoice to your email for the custom order.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please request an order modification or cancellation within 24 hours from your order date. For modifications with a balance, we will refund the balance or issue an invoice to your email for the order change(s). For cancellations, we will issue a full refund when the cancellation process has been completed. We do not accept cancellations after 24 hours from the order date or when your order has been shipped.


Do you ship internationally (or to my country)? How much is shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please view our Customer Service page under the Shipping section for more info.

Where do you ship from?
All of our products are shipped from Springfield, VA, United States where our company is based.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our order processing time is within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, shipping time for USA orders is about 1-5 business days and for international orders is about 5-20 days, all depending on the chosen shipping method at checkout.

How (or where) do I track my package?
Please track your packages at the United States Postal Service (USPS) website.

My order has not arrived yet. Why is that?
While some packages may arrive early or on time, some others may experience delivery delays. Delivery delays may occur due to holiday seasons, customs clearance, lost in transit, wrong address delivery, etc. If your package doesn’t arrive by 4 weeks upon ordering, please contact us and we’ll help send a replacement order or issue a refund.

What about possible customs or import fee(s) (only for international orders)?
We are not responsible for any customs or import fee(s) that is issued to the customer by their country’s customs. Please refer to your country’s customs website for info regarding customs limits on international products.

Will I receive my order on or before (a specific date or time period)?
If you plan to order for a holiday or occasional gift, we recommend planning ahead of time. Please refer to our Customer Service page for info regarding our order processing and shipping times to more or less estimate when to expect your order. Please email us prior to ordering if you’re requesting to expedite your order, and we’ll work our best to process and ship as soon as possible. For busy holiday seasons (Christmas, New Year, etc.), we cannot guarantee delivery times for all orders.


Can I return an item for a full refund?
We accept returns within 7 days from shipment date for USA order and 21 days from shipment date for international orders (unless there are any delivery delays). We only accept full refunds on orders that are lost in the mail or have defects. All else will be issued a partial refund, less the original shipping fee. All refunds will be issued via PayPal. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Please refer to our Customer Service page under the Returns & Exchanges section for more info.

Can I exchange my item(s)?
Yes, we accept exchanges as long as the item being exchanged is in original, resellable condition with all of its original contents still available. Please email first to request an arrangement before returning or exchanging any unwanted item(s). Customer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping fee unless otherwise noted.
